Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud cost optimization (FinOps) across AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and BigQuery
• Implement security-hardening programs including identity governance, secrets management, and CI/CD hardening
• Build and automate security guardrails such as least-privilege access and policy-as-code
• Drive CI/CD stability by managing build health, reducing flaky tests, and enforcing healthy merge processes
• Develop internal tools and automation to improve developer productivity and reduce engineering toil
• Build observability into build and test systems using dashboards for build health and failure categories

Requirements

• 5–10 years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (compute, storage, networking, databases, containers)
• Proven experience with cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
• Solid grounding in security DevOps and secrets management
• Experience driving CI/CD stability with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Go, Python, or Bash/Shell
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK
• B Tech or above degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go
• Strong experience with Terraform or IaC
• Experience with policy-as-code and pipeline security tooling (SAST/DAST)
• Full-stack infrastructure knowledge
• Proficiency in Linux
