Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks
• Architect and deliver reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Drive the adoption of DevSecOps, automation-first practices, and cloud governance frameworks
• Implement observability initiatives including monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting
• Optimise cloud usage and cost efficiency through FinOps practices and performance tuning
• Support container platforms, microservices deployments, and platform engineering capabilities
• Mentor and guide engineers across DevOps tooling and cloud engineering practices
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure and deployment issues

Requirements

• Extensive experience in AWS cloud engineering and automation
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
• Proven experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cloud-native architectures
• Advanced scripting and automation capability using Python and Bash
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring technical teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
