Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support cloud platform UAT and production environments
• Manage Linux systems, including security hardening, version updates, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Act as L2/L3 advanced support for production incidents, leading root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Support microservices architecture and diagnose application-level runtime issues
• Use performance metrics and logs to identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks
• Drive security vulnerability remediation for operating systems, middleware, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with Security, SOC, and NOC teams for incident response and post-mortem reviews
• Mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality handovers and closed-loop issue resolution
• Utilize ITSM tools for effective event, problem, and change management
• Develop and maintain operational manuals, monitoring dashboards, and maintenance documentation
• Improve platform reliability through automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and custom scripting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical operations, infrastructure, SRE, or production operations
• Hands-on experience with Azure and RHEL
• Experience supporting Java microservices and middleware in production environments (Spring Boot, Dubbo, etc.)
• Proficiency in JVM observability, including diagnosing memory, GC, threads, and latency issues
• Proficiency in Java and Python, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills with knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience managing and operating observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK (Elasticsearch)
• Business-level English proficiency; Chinese language skills are a plus
