Senior DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure (Citizen Dev)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the DevOps strategy and evolve cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security
• Develop observability and detection capabilities to decrease time to discover problems
• Build consensus among DevOps engineers across geographies regarding tools and practices
• Create and enhance tooling and platforms to empower engineering teams with self-service capabilities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Ansible, or shell)
• Software engineering background in Infrastructure or Platform engineering
• Experience in cost management, access management, and self-service platform development
• Operations background with experience in Service Mesh (Istio) and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Expertise in public cloud, large-scale K8s clusters, service registry, and service discovery
• For Senior level: 5-6 years of experience with ability to solve coding and system design problems independently
