Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage Change, Incident, Problem, Deployment, and Release processes
• Define and maintain release and deployment processes to ensure streamlined operations
• Act as a coordinator within IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Package and document releases in compliance with policies
• Provide day-to-day operational support and manage system performance
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for IT users and relevant departments
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
• Configure and maintain applications and tools across technical layers
• Utilize DevOps tools to support CI/CD processes

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a DevOps role
• Proficiency in English
• Expertise in DevOps methodologies and release management
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Experience with enterprise databases like Sybase ASE and Oracle
• Proficiency in Bash, Groovy, Python, and Java
• Familiarity with Tomcat, Nginx, Apache, and JBoss EAP
• Expertise in GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Jira, Matomo, and Codescene
• Experience managing enterprise platforms in on-premise environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows environments
