Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central technical point of contact on-site between the bank and the software platform provider
• Take technical ownership of the software platform's infrastructure, focusing on CI/CD, automation, and stability
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new deployments, upgrades, and patches
• Proactively monitor system performance, container orchestration, and availability using APM tools
• Manage and troubleshoot the container platform environment using OpenShift
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and lead incident investigations
• Perform root cause analysis and manage the bug tracking lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify infrastructure improvements and performance tuning

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Proven experience in a DevOps role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong technical expertise in modern banking systems and architecture
• Proficiency in system monitoring and application performance management (APM) tools
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently on-site in Riyadh

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with Nexus Repository Manager
