Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the DevOps and platform engineering roadmap covering infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and security.
• Design scalable platform architectures across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and customer-site environments.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories and product components.
• Lead release engineering and deployment automation to enable repeatable, secure deployments.
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and SLOs for production and customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Embed security, safety, compliance, and traceability into all infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• At least 2 years of experience operating in a senior or lead capacity.
• Production-grade experience with AWS and ideally a secondary cloud or on-premises environment.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD at scale (e.g., GitHub Actions) across many repositories.
• Demonstrable experience operating safety-critical or mission-critical production systems.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, customers, and regulators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within autonomous systems, robotics, industrial automation, or transportation.
• Familiarity with ROS 2 build/release tooling and robotics software lifecycle management.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platform design or customer-isolated deployment patterns.
