Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for embedded software development
• Standardize delivery workflows from code changes to build, test, packaging, verification, and release
• Design build/test automation systems suitable for C/C++ and Embedded Linux projects
• Integrate quality verification processes such as static analysis, unit tests, integration tests, and simulation tests into the CI pipeline
• Improve build reproducibility, test reliability, failure analysis, and pipeline visibility
• Lead productivity improvement tasks including build time reduction, caching strategies, parallelization, and flaky test removal
• Implement signing, SBOM, compliance checks, and release gates based on security and quality requirements
• Define reusable pipeline templates and engineering best practices across multiple products and projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in large-scale software organizations
• Experience designing workflows using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• High understanding of Linux-based development environments
• Experience with automation using scripting languages like Python or Bash
• Understanding of C/C++ build systems such as CMake, Make, Ninja, or Bazel
• Experience structurally analyzing and improving bottlenecks in build, test, and release pipelines
• Experience standardizing delivery processes in collaboration with development, QA, release, and security teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD in embedded software or firmware development environments
• Experience with build/test automation in Yocto, Buildroot, or cross-compilation environments
• Experience with HIL, SIL, simulation, or emulator-based automated testing
• Experience standardizing pipelines in monorepo or large-scale multi-repository environments
• Experience operating Bazel-based build/test workflows
• Experience building OTA, secure release, and artifact promotion systems
• Experience with SBOM, license scanning, vulnerability scanning, or software supply chain security
