Senior Development Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, tracking, and execution across a portfolio of public and private projects for the Point of the Mountain master plan
• Oversee and maintain Public Infrastructure District (PID) development budgets and schedules
• Maintain a consolidated program-level view of all projects, including schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Perform construction management duties including public procurement, contract management, and construction oversight
• Establish program-level reporting, dashboards, and accountability cadences
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead structured cross-functional meetings focused on decision-making and accountability

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with a real estate development or general contracting firm
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex public and private environments
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Construction Manager or Program Manager
