Senior Development Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a $750,000+ annual fundraising portfolio.
• Oversee high-impact events, including sponsorship acquisition, logistics, and budget management.
• Build and sustain high-impact relationships with key donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Recruit and mobilize executive-level volunteers and leadership teams to support revenue goals.
• Partner with Corporate & Philanthropy teams to create tailored experiences for high-value supporters.
• Monitor fundraising progress and expenses against benchmarks to optimize return on investment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Philanthropy, and Area Leads to ensure event success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of successful experience in fundraising and relationship development.
• Proven experience in corporate engagement and volunteer partnership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through prospecting, cultivation, and solicitation.
• Strong skills in project management, multitasking, and leading collaborative teams.
• Ability to work externally in the market approximately 3 days per week and attend evening/weekend events.
