Senior Development Engineer - Hydraulic Systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechatronic solutions for hydraulic systems and components in wheel loaders and articulated haulers
• Define system architecture, control strategies, and functional requirements
• Specify technical requirements for hydraulic components
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, electrical, installation, mechanical, and purchasing teams
• Support testing, verification, and validation activities using rigs and machines
• Analyze system performance to drive continuous improvements and contribute to future technology development

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechatronic solution design
• Expertise in system architecture definition and control strategy development
• Ability to write technical requirement specifications
• Experience with testing and validation processes
