Senior Development Coach

Responsibilities

• Guide and orient employees through their integration, learning, and development processes to ensure effective adoption of skills in daily operations.
• Execute coaching, mentoring, and field accompaniment sessions (in-person or virtual) to provide constructive feedback and accelerate learning curves.
• Monitor employee performance during onboarding, training, and certification processes to ensure compliance with established objectives and indicators.
• Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or attitude and propose specific development actions in coordination with the Training area and business leaders.
• Document and report progress, results, and findings from coaching processes using defined tools and formats.
• Collaborate on the implementation of training programs and development paths to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Identify high-potential talent and evaluate profiles to ensure long-term suitability for the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration or Public Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of organizational processes and policies.
• Mastery of commercial sales models.
• Ability to perform commercial performance analysis.
• Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience in facilitating change adoption.
• High emotional intelligence and stress management capabilities.
• Results-oriented coaching approach.
