Senior Developer/Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership within agile delivery teams
• Define and maintain solution design approaches aligned with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with target state architecture and roadmaps
• Lead technical planning during sprint cycles and Program Increment (PI) planning
• Guide and support team members on technical implementation and development practices
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and implementation challenges
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability are met
• Drive engineering quality through coding standards, reviews, and best practices
• Mentor developers and uplift team capability through continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and solution delivery
• Proven ability to lead technical implementation within agile teams
• Hands-on expertise in .NET or Angular (essential)
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and engineering standards
• Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering quality
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to remain hands-on in development while stepping into a leadership capacity
