Senior Developer - Shopify

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality E-Commerce webstores according to project requirements and best practices.
• Lead technical implementation using React JS, TypeScript, and Remix, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate project goals into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and conduct root cause analysis to implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and monitor application performance for continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in React JS, NextJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Professional experience with modern e-commerce engines such as Shopify Plus, Commercetools, Magento, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the Shopify storefront environment.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and working within Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
