Senior Developer Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall Developer Relations strategy for the Rockstar Creator Platform
• Define, stand up, and manage formal Developer Relations programs, including community engagement and outreach initiatives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen creator engagement and grow the creator ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem creators and server owners
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Advocacy teams to ensure community feedback is actioned
• Monitor and report on community sentiment, ecosystem health, and key developer relations metrics
• Coordinate with the Community Management team to ensure alignment on messaging

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in developer relations, creator success, or partner management
• Experience standing up or maturing developer/creator-facing programs
• Strong understanding of creator platforms, UGC products, developer tools, or marketplaces
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Ability to translate community insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience establishing processes for distributed or cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with the FiveM/RedM ecosystem or similar modding communities
• Experience working within a creator platform or two-sided marketplace
• Experience scaling developer relations from early stage to structured programs
• Experience managing or moderating large online communities
