Senior Developer - IT

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js or Angular
• Act as an individual contributor by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Manage and guide a small team of developers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules from requirements through deployment and monitoring
• Manage source control using Git and enforce best practices in version control
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrate and monitor systems using the ELK Stack for observability and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product owners

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework Core
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps)
• Hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud Services
• Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or Jest
• Knowledge of message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Exposure to security best practices and API gateway configurations
