Senior Developer Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns to drive practitioner use case adoption from audience selection through execution and measurement
• Develop deep knowledge of target practitioner segments including their interests and behaviors
• Assemble campaign assets such as docs, guides, and videos into a cohesive user journey
• Execute campaign strategy across owned, paid, earned, in-product, and partner channels
• Measure campaign impact through adoption outcomes, activation, and usage stickiness
• Build audience intelligence to inform PMM, DevRel, and account teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in developer marketing, growth marketing, technical product marketing, or developer relations
• Experience marketing to data practitioners or developer tool users
• Proven track record of shipping multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
• Ability to think in terms of funnels, cohorts, and adoption curves
• Technical fluency with the ability to follow API tutorials and read SQL queries
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate work and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience marketing to data engineers, analytics engineers, or ML engineers
• Background in DevRel or a growth PM role
• Experience connecting marketing efforts to real adoption outcomes
• Knowledge of the data and AI ecosystem including dbt, Airflow, Spark, or Jupyter
• Proficiency with SQL or BI tools
