Senior Developer 2

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, escalated customer-facing issues from intake through resolution
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting across software, cloud, and infrastructure layers
• Analyze logs, metrics, and telemetry across distributed systems to identify root causes
• Conduct advanced debugging, including application log analysis, memory dump analysis, and performance tracing
• Reproduce issues by building scripts, automation, and test environments
• Partner with R&D teams to log high-quality defects, provide reproduction data, and propose code fixes
• Submit and review pull requests for fixes, observability improvements, and tooling
• Identify recurring issues and drive automation and process improvements to increase operational maturity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development or a related technical role
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, or macOS environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ruby
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience using observability tools such as Elastic Stack or Kibana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with databases and data platforms (MS SQL, MySQL, Athena, Databricks)
• Familiarity with memory dump and performance analysis tools (WinDbg, ETW/XPerf)
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Background in networking, security, or distributed systems
• Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools like Jira or Zendesk
