About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and prioritize IT incident and problem tickets
  • Resolve desktop, hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
  • Install, image, and deploy computers and business applications
  • Support user data migration, profile replacement, and account changes
  • Coordinate with data center, application, and network teams
  • Lead project efforts and provide status updates
  • Create and maintain process and procedure documentation
  • Follow IT security policies and protect sensitive data

Requirements

  • Desktop support and service desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and communications
  • Experience with AD, email, and Citrix support
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Documentation and process maintenance skills
  • Project leadership and coordination ability
