Senior Desk Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide daily case management oversight for all field investigative activities
• Serve as a liaison with USIC, FBI, and other law enforcement agencies
• Recommend proactive investigative initiatives within the Intelligence Community
• Develop and promulgate specific counterintelligence (CI) investigative priorities
• Manage adversary-specific program activities and support the full spectrum of the CI program
• Work closely with the FBI and USIC to assist in ongoing espionage or terrorism investigations
• Utilize raw and finished intelligence reports to support operations

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CI and/or espionage case management, including supervising agents
• Experience as a primary case agent in counterintelligence at the DOE, FBI, or DOD
• Proficiency with CI databases for recordkeeping and data mining
• Demonstrated knowledge of foreign intelligence service modus operandi and targeting techniques
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure
• Functional computer literacy and proficiency in common network applications
