Senior Designer/Lead Creator

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction for social-first content and campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Design and produce platform-native assets for digital display, CRM, OOH, and POS
• Art direct photography, video, and content shoots to ensure authentic brand representation
• Build, mentor, and guide a team of designers and content creators
• Integrate Gen AI tools into the design workflow to enhance ideation and production efficiency
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and brand teams to develop cohesive integrated campaigns
• Stay updated on social platform algorithms, design trends, and audience behaviors

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience with a focus on social-first consumer brands
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
• Proven experience art directing photography and video shoots
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency with Gen AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Runway
• Ability to lead and mentor creative teams
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience creating native content and design systems for social platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
• Background in an in-house agency or social-specialist creative team
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience with design systems and scalable content frameworks
• Understanding of accessibility in design and inclusive imagery
• Experience with social commerce or performance-driven design
