Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Take full creative oversight of design, CRM, and loyalty projects for major global clients
• Define and design master visual guidelines and templates for sophisticated CRM systems
• Guide and advise on the visual identity of content for emails, apps, SMS, and social media
• Direct and review content assets to ensure alignment with design guidelines
• Oversee visual storytelling and customer journeys to ensure a cohesive premium experience
• Partner with senior copywriters to co-develop holistic creative concepts
• Liaise with Experience Strategists, Account Directors, and Consultants from ideation to execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design and art direction experience in an agency or digital studio
• Proven experience working with Automotive or Premium/Luxury sectors preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a lead capacity managing complex design systems
• Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proficient with Generative AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Stable Diffusion
• Strong ability to build visual guidelines and design languages from scratch
• Professional fluency in English with strong presentation skills
