Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and research processes to inform place-based design and strategy
• Integrate community insights, stakeholder input, and policy research into design work
• Conduct data analysis to interpret evidence and transform it into actionable insights
• Translate insights into tangible concepts through facilitated design and rapid prototyping
• Manage iterative testing and learning cycles with users and community partners
• Ensure all work is co-produced with people and grounded in lived experience

Requirements

• Proven experience leading discovery, research, and community insight integration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder input
• Experience in policy research and data analysis to drive design decisions
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and iterative testing methodologies
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and shape direction in complex environments
