About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of design ideas and execution for large-scale international 360 campaigns across digital, social, video, and print
- Design and build high-quality presentations, decks, and advertising mock-ups for client pitches
- Present and communicate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, translating KPIs into visual storytelling solutions
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate ideas into engaging webpages and interactive articles
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate digital builds and lead page builds using Webflow
- Mentor junior designers and interns, fostering creativity and professional growth within the team
- Manage project deliverables from external talent, including illustrators, photographers, and motion designers
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand work, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides
- Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end styling
- Experience leading design projects end-to-end from pitch to production
- Proven ability to design responsively across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms
- Experience in editorial and visual storytelling, translating complex narratives into compelling visuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Webflow for building pages and supporting workflows
- An established network of designers, creators, and vendors
- Experience in photography and filmmaking
