Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, information architecture, and user research to gather experience requirements from stakeholders
• Interpret analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to conceptualize and improve digital designs
• Act as the voice of the user during prioritization and new feature development
• Lead design discussions and critiques, providing mentorship and reviewing the work of other team members
• Solve complex problems by designing innovative, consumer-grade solutions and platforms
• Align business capabilities with customer journeys to optimize end results at scale

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design
• Expertise in mobile-first design and platform services
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of design systems and implementation
• Experience facilitating and analyzing user research
• Experience working within Agile software development environments
