Senior Designer, Software Product Design

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design lifecycle for new experiences across mobile OS, native applications and AI enabled services
• Conceive, create, and deliver precise design specifications that guide engineers from vision to reality
• Collaborate directly with global engineers, product managers, and fellow designers
• Conduct thorough user research and prototype testing to validate ideas rapidly
• Drive product innovation by developing a deep understanding of our audience
• Mentor designers, elevating their craft and embedding a strong, design-led culture

Requirements

• Proven track record in end-to-end product design
• Portfolio showcasing superb visual craftsmanship and/or shipped native mobile applications
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Solid grasp of human-centred design processes and interaction principles
• Strong sense of ownership and drive
• Collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills
