Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale Snapchat’s visual identity through brand systems, campaigns, and art direction
• Contribute to the evolution of brand design systems, including typography, color, and layout
• Act as the design and art direction lead for high-priority projects, B2B narratives, and tentpole events
• Develop visual territories and key art that flex across OOH, social, email, web, and presentations
• Partner with Brand Strategy and Marketing to translate complex narratives into compelling visual frameworks
• Design and maintain reusable toolkits, such as presentation systems and iconography, to scale brand work
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers to up-level craft and systems thinking

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in brand, communication, or visual design
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and scalable design systems
• Proven ability in art direction and strategic decision-making
• Expertise in layout, typography, hierarchy, and information design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with challenger brands or brands with distinctive visual equities
• Experience designing for B2B narratives, vertical GTMs, or thought leadership
• Familiarity with motion design or motion systems
• Experience collaborating with event, experiential, or environmental design teams
