Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Developers to create and refine display and social creatives for a variety of clients.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative, reusable templates and design systems to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
• Apply motion design and animation techniques to produce dynamic and engaging content.
• Contribute to the ideation and concept development of campaigns, providing creative feedback for complex challenges.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior designers to foster a culture of creativity and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and layout best practices.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills to articulate design concepts.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, HTML5, dynamic advertising, and motion design.
