Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Build scalable visual ecosystems across packaging, DTC websites, Amazon storefronts, and social media
• Partner with copywriters and art directors to execute multi-channel campaign concepts
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, and color theory to ensure premium brand identity
• Integrate Figma and generative AI tools into daily workflows for rapid prototyping
• Direct production and post-production for photo and video shoots
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers within the Needham studio

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic or digital design experience
• Proven track record in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative department
• Experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands
• Expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, and packaging design
• Ability to work at high velocity under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and social content creation
• Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools for creative concepting
