Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce beautiful and innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies to deliver high-quality results
• Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with output specifications

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of design experience
• At least 1+ years of experience working with beauty or skincare brands
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion
• Experience in client liaison and relationship development
• Mid-level retouching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation
• Knowledge of AI tools and new technologies
