Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial design ideation and concept development grounded in consumer insights, VoC data, and trend research.
• Translate research findings into actionable product design principles, opportunity areas, and strategic concept directions.
• Analyze Voice-of-Customer (VoC) feedback and usage patterns to identify unmet needs and experience gaps.
• Conduct focused trend studies regarding product form, interaction, lifestyle, and consumer behavior.
• Develop form studies, concept alternatives, and experience-led design proposals.
• Create visual materials including concept renderings, diagrams, and CMF narratives to communicate design rationale.
• Partner with Product Planning, Research, Engineering, and HQ teams to align design with technical feasibility and business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Industrial Design and physical product development.
• Strong ability to synthesize consumer insights and qualitative/quantitative research into design direction.
• Experience in trend analysis and conducting market/competitive landscape studies.
• Proficiency in concept ideation and developing CMF (Color, Material, Finish) narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design logic and storytelling to cross-functional stakeholders.
