Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent creative platforms from strategy that are distinctive and strong
- Shape concept strategy and translate big ideas into systems and experiences across touchpoints
- Create frameworks that scale coherently across channels
- Present creative solutions to clients to solve brand or business challenges
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and modeling craft standards
- Manage deadlines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned workstreams
- Set and uphold standards from concept through to production-ready output
- Experiment with new tools and methods to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and multi-channel design
- Proven track record of owning major workstreams from concept to delivery
- Ability to synthesize insights into sharp, distinctive concepts
- Experience collaborating with strategists and writers in workshop environments
- Strong communication skills for presenting work with clarity and conviction
- Ability to lead and guide junior talent
- Strong ownership of workstreams, deadlines, and business outcomes
