Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce exemplary design work across social, ecommerce, retail, sales decks, and short-form video
• Partner with internal marketing, sales, and product clients to translate briefs into high-performing designs
• Concept and execute both visuals and messaging to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
• Defend design decisions with strategic rationale, balancing business goals with creative integrity
• Maintain and evolve brand standards to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Build scalable design systems, including templates and asset libraries, to improve team efficiency
• Mentor junior team members and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience spanning graphic design, layout, UI/UX, brand identity, or motion
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both campaign-level thinking and high-quality production execution
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint
• Proven experience working within an in-house agency or brand team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with performance marketing and how creative choices impact conversion
• Basic animation sensibility or motion design fundamentals
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, photographers, or motion studios
• Curiosity and openness to using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney)
