Senior Designer - Design Systems

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions that bring clarity and visual impact across web, product, and marketing experiences.
• Apply and evolve design system components and visual frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Identify gaps in the existing design system and define new patterns to support product and brand growth.
• Support documentation and guidelines for design and development, utilizing variables, variants, and styles.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to translate creative direction into user-centered solutions.
• Communicate design intent through high-quality visuals, prototypes, and storytelling.
• Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to adapt visual direction across web, product, marketing, and brand experiences.
• Strong foundation in visual design principles, including composition, layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with prototyping and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Strong sense of UI motion and interaction design.
