Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Deliver art direction and design for commercial print content, including magazines, newspapers, recipe cards, and brochures
• Cast, brief, and lead food photography teams to ensure high-quality output that meets supplier needs and brand consistency
• Collaborate with editorial teams to bring concepts to life and provide art direction for media-funded video
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of print materials
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across all print assets
• Present design concepts and provide clear rationale to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a focus on print publications
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design-led editorial projects
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and print production techniques
• Experience managing and leading design teams, including providing mentorship and direction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts to non-designers and clients
