Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality design across branding, identity, packaging, print, digital, POS, and OOH
• Partner with art directors, copywriters, developers, and UX designers to bring ideas to life across all touchpoints
• Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual solutions that align with client goals and brand voice
• Act as a steward of brand integrity by developing and maintaining brand guidelines and toolkits
• Contribute to concept development for campaigns, pitches, and ongoing client work
• Present design solutions clearly and confidently to internal teams and stakeholders
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Mentor team members and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team culture

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in a professional design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multidisciplinary work across print and digital
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems
• Experience developing and applying brand identities and design systems
• Knowledge of production processes for print and digital, including working with vendors and developers
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with motion and presentation tools such as After Effects or Keynote
• Exposure to or interest in using AI tools for design workflows
