Responsibilities

• Design high-impact B2B assets including enterprise collateral, sales presentations, and localized marketing materials
• Support global B2C campaigns across digital ads, landing pages, email, and multi-channel creative
• Produce video and motion content such as short-form video, motion graphics, and animated presentations
• Execute agile social production by planning content shoots and editing assets for rapid iteration
• Develop localized creative by adapting global campaigns across different regions and cultural contexts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, localization, and content teams
• Optimize workflows by leveraging AI tools for ideation, layout generation, and editing

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, campaign, and presentation design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
• Proven video production and editing experience using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
• Strong visual composition, typography, animation, and storytelling skills
• Experience creating social-first content and video editing
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects across different time zones
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for design workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with localization workflows and cross-cultural design
• Experience designing for global brands or scaling startups
• Photography or video direction experience for social-first content
