Senior Designer, Brand & Motion

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, animated content, and video assets across high-volume campaigns
• Develop design solutions including supporting static and digital design work like presentations and landing pages
• Present design work and rationale to account teams and external clients
• Implement client feedback within designated review cycles
• Provide design support for agency marketing and new business initiatives
• Brainstorm creative concepts independently and with account teams
• Ensure deliverables remain consistent with client brand systems and standards
• Provide design mentorship to junior designers and the wider agency
• Manage time and priorities independently across multiple client deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• 2+ years focused specifically on motion graphics and video production
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Experience working with and creating design systems
• Understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards
• Compelling portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work at a campaign level
• Degree in graphic design, visual effects, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (generative design, motion, or video tools)
