Senior Designer, Brand & Motion

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, animated content, and video assets for high-volume campaigns
• Develop design solutions including static and digital work such as presentations, landing pages, and digital collateral
• Present design work and rationale to account teams and external clients
• Implement client feedback within designated review cycles
• Provide design support for agency marketing and new business initiatives, including pitch decks and website updates
• Brainstorm creative concepts independently and with account teams
• Maintain brand consistency and serve as a guardian of visual brand standards
• Provide design mentorship to junior designers and the wider agency
• Manage time and priorities independently across multiple client deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• 2+ years focused specifically on motion graphics and video production
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating and working within design systems
• Understanding of UX design principles and accessibility standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in graphic design, visual effects, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (generative design, motion, or video tools)
