Senior Designer, Brand & Design

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality brand and marketing design across campaigns, social media, web, presentations, events, and editorial content.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder briefs into clear creative concepts and polished design executions.
• Support the evolution and application of Coda’s brand system, including templates, guidelines, and design libraries.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketers, and cross-functional teams to define creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects independently, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain high standards of craft across layout, typography, image treatment, and color.

Requirements

• Strong experience in brand design, with exposure to both B2B and B2C work.
• Excellent design fundamentals in typography, layout, art direction, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Practical experience using AI tools within a design workflow for research, ideation, or production.
• Ability to work independently and present design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and brand systems thinking.
