Senior Designer, Brand Creative Retail

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the Seasonless Story Design vision across the Nike stores portfolio
• Create immersive retail concepts in both 2D and 3D environments exploring consumer journey, materiality, and environmental storytelling
• Develop design concepts, visual studies, sketches, renderings, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with internal teams including Brand, Retail Brand, Visual Merchandising, and Construction to ensure design feasibility
• Lead projects through the complete design lifecycle from ideation to fabrication and installation
• Develop specification drawings, material packages, and production documentation
• Explore innovative storytelling through graphics, fixtures, lighting, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive design experience in architectural, environmental graphic, experiential, or brand design
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, industrial design, spatial design, or related field
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Figma, Keynote, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong expertise in both 2D and 3D spatial design
• Ability to translate creative concepts into technically feasible and buildable retail solutions
• Experience with production design, fabrication methods, and material specification
• Strong portfolio of relevant work
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, video-editing, Auto CAD, Cinema 4D, Rhino, Grasshopper, or V-Ray
