Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceive, prototype, and deliver 360-degree campaign solutions and visual stories for complex strategic sales opportunities.
• Synthesize complex technical and commercial information into cohesive, compelling narratives delivered through presentations, posters, videos, and digital assets.
• Recommend visual strategies that translate client solutions into engaging and persuasive deliverables for senior executives.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to manage design projects under tight, client-driven timelines.
• Utilize AI-enabled features within creative tools to enhance speed, quality, and creativity.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers within a multi-disciplinary creative team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in composition, typography, color, and visual communication.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related design discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, XD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the MEA region.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of motion design, video, and web.
• Experience with After Effects animation and videography.
• Exposure to front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and cloud hosting.
