Senior Designer & Art Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines
• Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets
• Lead and execute creative campaigns from initial concept through to post-production
• Provide art direction for photo shoots, including creating moodboards, styling references, and on-set guidance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives such as producers, photographers, and stylists
• Develop visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and immersive brand experiences
• Monitor and integrate relevant trends from fashion, design, and culture into the brand DNA

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in design and art direction, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, logo design, and campaign art direction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Practical experience using creative AI tools for image generation, editing, and ideation
• Strong visual sense and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and current trends
• Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level of design quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms (specifically Instagram and TikTok) and digital storytelling
• Knowledge of video editing, motion design, or photography
• Experience working with or managing talents and influencers
