Senior Designer & Art Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines
• Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets
• Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel and seasonal visual directions
• Lead and execute creative campaigns from idea to post-production
• Provide art direction for shoots, including moodboards, styling references, and set accompaniment
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives such as producers, photographers, and stylists
• Develop visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and brand experiences
• Manage design implementation across all physical and digital touchpoints
• Monitor and integrate relevant trends from fashion, design, and culture

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
• Strong portfolio focusing on brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work
• Experience implementing projects across digital, print, and product contexts
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Practical experience with creative AI tools for image generation and ideation
• Strong visual sense and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
• Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high design level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok and digital storytelling
• Knowledge of video editing, motion design, or photography
• Experience working with or managing talents and influencers
