Senior Designer

Responsibilities

• Create brand and communications work across digital, social, campaigns, motion, film, stills, and print
• Apply and evolve brand identities and design systems across multiple touchpoints
• Own briefs from concept through delivery with minimal direction
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client services teams
• Contribute to UI and digital interface design where needed
• Maintain high standards of craft, consistency, and quality
• Explore how AI can support creative workflows and execution

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing brand and communications design craft
• Experience working within established design systems
• Ability to design across social, campaigns, digital, film, stills, and print
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote
• Motion design or After Effects knowledge
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and detail skills
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguity
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and multidisciplinary teamwork
