Senior Design Reviewer (Sustainability)

Responsibilities

• Perform project scope development and technical reviews for sustainability and resiliency
• Manage LEED compliance strategies and certification documentation
• Conduct energy master planning and building performance evaluations
• Attend project and site meetings with design consultants, commissioning agents, and contractors
• Participate in research and development programs to influence codified policy change

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Two years of full-time experience in planning, design, research, or urban design development
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate work in architecture, urban design, or city planning
