Senior Design Reviewer (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of design and constructability documents from consultants and in-house design teams
• Conduct project scoping and design reviews of drawings and specifications using Bluebeam
• Perform site inspections, technical investigations, and condition surveys
• Execute in-house design work utilizing AutoCAD and BIM
• Perform lighting calculations and provide technical expertise for client-agency projects
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and technical staff

Requirements

• Experience in supervising employees performing project management work on engineering or architectural projects
• Experience supervising construction projects valued at $1,000,000 or more
• Baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field plus required experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must meet specific Civil Service criteria for Associate Project Manager title or promotional lists
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States is required
