Senior Design Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles using recruiting platforms and creative communities
• Recruit across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design Leadership roles
• Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios for craft, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
• Partner with design leaders to calibrate on hiring bars and team composition
• Coordinate interview processes including portfolio reviews and design exercises
• Provide pipeline health updates and insights to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems
• Promote Brex’s design employer brand within the design community

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for design roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with AI tools and creative talent networks
• Ability to assess design portfolios and user-centered methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting design leaders or building teams from the ground up
• Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for design roles
• Prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing
• Experience hiring across multiple geographies including US, Canada, and LATAM
