Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 6+ product and content designers
• Define and evolve the design north star for the AI private banker experience
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering to translate AI capabilities into human experiences
• Build and scale design systems for AI interaction patterns including voice and transparency
• Coach and grow the design team, balancing craft excellence with speed
• Create frameworks for evaluating AI experience quality, usability, and trust

Requirements

• Experience building or leading design teams for AI or data-powered experiences
• Proven ability to think systemically while maintaining attention to detail and tone
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with deep design problem-solving
• Comfort working with uncertainty in emerging technological spaces
• Commitment to advocating for human values like fairness and empathy in AI design
