Senior Design Liaison

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of complex capital projects to support high-quality, viable designs
• Ensure design importance throughout the project lifecycle from planning to close-out
• Support consensus building among project stakeholders regarding design approvals, budgets, and schedules
• Work with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants to develop responsive designs
• Serve as the single point of contact with the Public Design Commission
• Manage monthly submissions process for the agency
• Prepare publications, presentations, reports, and organize events such as Peer Reviews and Design Value evaluations

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Two years of full-time experience in urban design development, planning, or research
• Graduate work in architecture, urban design, or city planning may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
